Bespoke Fashion Systems
Research Project
Royal College of Art
February 2022 - March 2023

This research explores the symbiosis of craft and technology, with a keen focus on their integration into viable business concepts. The goal was to create efficient systems for design, production and customer engagement, all while centering these efforts around the principles of craft, technology, efficiency and empathy.

Hannah harnessed key technologies such as 3D body scanning, digital patterncutting, garment simulation, avatar creation and traditional bespoke tailoring to develop a unique approach. The culmination of these endeavours ledto an in-depth examination of digital fashion, where she tested various tools, assessing their implementation, potential and inherent limitations.
